Minister of Interior: Curfew Modification

Minister of interior and municipalities Mohamed Fahmy issued a memorandum modifying the timing of the curfew, to become from eight in the evening instead of seven, as well as the timing of the opening and closing of institutions excluded from public mobilization.

The institutions that are allowed to open from five in the morning until eight in the evening under the circular are:

  • Supermarket and mini market.
  • Dairy and cheese shops.
  • vegetables and fruits.
  • Butchery, fish, and poultry.

With adherence to health conditions, prevention and public safety measures, while organizing customer roles to avoid overcrowding at home and abroad, and maintaining adequate distances between customers inside the store on payment boxes.

Sweets and Patisseries.
Croissants, pastries and beans sellers.
Toasters and mills.
Selling water.
Restaurants and fast food outlets.

While adhering to the health conditions and keeping the doors locked and lounges closed, only free delivery service is allowed
